Chim Pui Chung

Chim Pui Chung is the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong , representing financial services industry in functional constituencies seats. He is a businessman who is the of several companies.

He was also the legislative councillor from 1991 to 1998 until he was jailed for conspiring to forge share documents in 1998. After his release in 1999, he was re-elected unopposed to the legislative councillor in financial services constituency in 2004.

In 2005, he declared to take part in the after Tung Chee Hwa resigned from the . However, his bid failed when he received only 21 nominations from the Election Committee, less than the minimum requirement of 100. As a result, Donald Tsang was declared the uncontested winner.
